I loved the hotel's location in the heart of the city centre, making it easy for me to explore this beautiful place. Additionally, the transportation options were great, with multiple bus and train stations nearby. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas impressed me, and the hotel facilities were outstanding. The staff was accommodating, answering all my questions and providing great service.

The hotel boasts an enviable location, right by the bustling city centre, perfect for exploring the area. the building and rooms are relatively new, providing a comfortable and modern experience. the complimentary coffee and mounted shower gel are nice touches.
The lack of customer service is quite disappointing, with no personnel on site and no real reception.

The location was excellent, right by the old market. The building and rooms were new. Great spot to explore Poznan.

Great location - just a stone's throw away from the bustling market square. the rooms were modern and had some great amenities. the complimentary coffee was a nice touch.
Sadly, the room lacked storage space, as there was no closet. the housekeeping service was disappointing as they failed to replenish the room even though we had requested it.

The accommodations were fairly new and the location couldn't be beat, close to the center of town and a variety of restaurants. the room had excellent wifi and the shower had ample water pressure.
There were also some downsides. The room was a bit chilly and the heating system didn't seem to be working.
